By engaging Waslync’s services or using our digital platforms, you accept these Terms of Service. They govern proposals, project delivery, payment schedules, and intellectual property rights.

2. Services
Waslync provides consulting, engineering, and managed services in line with agreed statements of work. Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are detailed in each engagement.
3. Responsibilities
Clients provide timely feedback, access to systems, and designated points of contact. Waslync assigns qualified teams, protects confidential information, and communicates progress regularly.
4. Payments
Invoices follow the milestones defined in the statement of work and are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur financing charges or project pauses.
5. IP & Confidentiality
Custom deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing frameworks, accelerators, and know-how remain property of Waslync. Both parties keep proprietary information confidential.
